Bullet Vibrator - Ammunition RO-80mm

Regular price R 375.00 Sale

What the My Sexual Health Doctors have to say about the Bullet Vibrator:

"The Ammunition RO-80mm is still the world's number one bullet vibrator. It is Multi-award winning and our best ammunition to treat anorgasmia (people who can not reach orgasm) or people with sexual arousal problems due to medication or medical conditions.

Of course it can also be used to enhance sexual arousal, orgasm and pleasure in people without any sexual problems.

Our patients like it because it is small and discreet, waterproof and VERY well priced.  It comes with an AA battery that lasts ages and can be replaced easily.  The intensity of the vibration can also be adjusted by turning the top part of the vibrator and it is switched on and off easily with the tiny knob at the very top. One of our personal favorite features is the fact that it is so quiet!  If you are sharing the house with somebody, the last thing you want to do is create suspicion due to a strange humming sound coming from under your covers - no need to worry with this one!

(It comes with a safety seal over the battery so don't forget to remove it before you try to use it! Just turn of the top part completely and remove it  from the top of the battery).

You don't have to spend thousands on your first vibrator - it is the ideal entry level toy as well as treatment device."

How do WOMEN use it?

"We suggest that you apply some lubrication to your clitoris and surrounding area.

*Remember, the clitoris is not only the small little lump you see and feel where your outside lips (labia majora) starts.  This is just the head of the clitoris, the rest of it actually stretches all the way down to and around your vagina! The small lips (labia minora) also have loads of sensory nerve endings that respond very well to vibratory stimulation.

Most women find it too intense to go for the head of the clitoris directly.  They need to stimulate the surrounding area with light vibration first and can move to the head of the clitoris as they get more aroused.

This vibrator is not designed to stimulate the inside of the vagina - it is too small.  You could insert it into the vagina, and press it into the wall of the vaginal closest to the clitoris, to stimulate the G-spot, but it is primarily designed for external use."

How do MEN use it?

"We usually suggest it to men who struggle with erectile dysfunction (ED) or those who struggle to ejaculate.  You just put in the palm of your hand (or your partner's hand) and then hold it tightly against the shaft of the penis, while you stimulate the penis manually. Some extra lubrication is also advisable here, but some men prefer the friction.

The vibration stimulates the nerve endings which increases the release of the right chemicals and eventually the blood flow escalating to the point where it can trigger orgasm and/or ejaculation.

The frenulum is the most sensitive part of the penis (the skin tag at the bottom of the head of the penis.  We suggest that you push the bullet vibrator into that area when you are stimulating the penis."

*Very IMPORTANT doctor's caution:  "If you struggle with erectile dysfunction or difficulty to ejaculate, it can be due to a serious medical condition.  Men with ED have a much higher chance of having heart disease, diabetes, depression and a whole host of other conditions.  Ejaculation problems can be due to thyroid disease, testosterone or prostate problems. We STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO CONSULT A DOCTOR, even better if he or she is an expert in Sexual Health, if you suffer from ED or ejaculation problems."

Are there other areas that respond well to vibratory stimulation:

The PERINEUM:  The area between the genitalia and the anus.  Light vibration as well as deep stimulation with intense vibration in this area can have pleasing results.

The ANUS: The nerve that supply sensation to the genitalia is exactly the same nerve that supplies the area around the anal opening, just a different branch!

*NB:  This vibrator should never be inserted into the anus! It is NOT designed for that purpose and could easily slip inside the anal canal and into the rectum.  If that happens, you will have the pleasure of reporting to an emergency department to have it medically removed - certainly not worth it! It is for EXTERNAL USE ONLY! (The vagina has a blind ending - if you lose your grip on it there, you should still be able to get it out yourself, but the anal canal is connected to meters of bowel!)

The NIPPLES: Some men and women respond with great pleasure and arousal if their nipples are stimulated through vibration. Some even reach orgasm just with that! Give it a go!

People also have different erogenous zones throughout their bodies.  As you explore your body, you might realize that your earlobe loves the good vibes or your bellybutton craves it more that your clitoris - whatever floats your boat!

Doctor's Advice if you struggle to orgasm:

"1. First give it a go solo:

If you have never reached an orgasm before, we believe that you are much more likely to reach that first orgasm by yourself and not in the presence of a partner.  There is so much pressure to avoid disappointing your partner, that is very difficult to fully relax, become aroused and then let go enough to reach that first orgasm.

Once you have reached those first five orgasm, you can show your partner how you do it with the vibrator and then let them try to do it with the vibrator for you.  Make sure you try to reach orgasm in other ways too, to avoid teaching your brain that there is only one pathway to orgasm!

2. Use your brain:

The brain is the most important sexual organ.  It is important to create mental sexual arousal in order to reach that orgasm.  You can do this through sexual fantasy (think about a situation that you find sexually arousing and imagine how it plays out) or through erotic material in the form of literature or images.

3. Avoid over-stimulating yourself:

Many women find that they become too sensitive after a while.  In that case, you can stop the stimulation, wait for the arousal to disappear and then start again, but focusing a bit further away from the head of the clitoris and providing more indirect stimulation.

4:  Get a medical check-up

Orgasm is the most natural reaction in the world, but it actually a very complex chemical cascade! Your hormones, neurotransmitters (brain chemicals), nerves, muscles, arteries and various other factors play a role.  A doctor that is an expert in Sexual Health can check out some of these variables and just increase your chances of banking on that climax in the years to come.

We also use various hormones and medications to help patients make that orgasm more likely or more intense."

Advice about religious or cultural issues around masturbation and sexual aids:

"Many of our patients are uncomfortable with masturbation and the use of sexual aids due to religious or cultural reasons.  Usually, if we explain to them that we are using the vibrator to physiologically stimulate the neural pathways to the brain that make orgasm most likely, they are more receptive to it.

Some patients even get permission from religious leaders to do it because the sexual problem is putting significant strain on their marriages and it is done as part of a treatment process.  If the stimulation is not accompanied by the use of pornography or sexual fantasies that fall outside the religion's or the person's moral code, it is usually permissible.

Of course we will never put pressure on a patient to use a product or follow a treatment protocol that they are not comfortable with."

Final doctor's caution:

"Any sexual problem can be due to a serious, but treatable or manageable medical condition.  We urge you to see a doctor, preferably one that is also a sexual health expert, if you are experiencing any sexual problems.  We don't bite and we see people like you every day. No problem is too big, too small or too embarrassing for us!"
